Location access helps SeeGo show nearby places, center the map, and confirm that a live crowd update is being shared from close to the selected place. You can change location access at any time in your device settings.
How do live crowd updates work?
People near a café or restaurant can share whether it is quiet, moderately busy, or crowded. SeeGo shows recent community updates so you can make a more informed choice before visiting.
How do I save or remove a favourite?
Open a place and use the save control to add it to your favourites. Use the same control again to remove it. Your saved places are available from the Favourites section.
The status or place information looks incorrect. What should I do?
Live status can change quickly. Refresh the place, check when the latest update was shared, or submit a new status if you are nearby. For incorrect place details, contact us with the place name and what needs correction.
Can I use SeeGo in Arabic?
Yes. SeeGo supports Arabic and English. You can choose your preferred language from Settings, or let the app follow your device language.
Update SeeGo to the latest available version.
Check your internet connection and location permission.
Close and reopen the app, then try the action again.
