About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the SeeGo mobile application and its related support pages, operated by Nexora Saudi. By using SeeGo, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information you provide
You may use SeeGo with an anonymous Firebase account or create an account using an email address and password. We may store your user identifier, email address, display name, account type, sign-in activity, favourite places, and profile changes. Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication; Nexora does not receive or store your plain-text password.
Location information
With your permission, SeeGo accesses your device location to show nearby places, calculate distance, center the map, discover places in an area, and verify that a live crowd update is submitted near the selected place. When you submit an update, your current coordinates and accuracy are sent securely for proximity verification. The resulting activity log stores the verification result, approximate distance, accuracy, time, status, and user identifier rather than your submitted coordinates.
How you use SeeGo
We process the places you save, live crowd levels you submit, submission times, verification details, and basic rate-limit records. Place discovery and map requests may include the area being viewed, selected filters, and place identifiers. App preferences such as language, appearance, map behavior, and sign-out state are stored locally on your device.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure SeeGo, authenticate users, display nearby places and distances, provide saved places, validate community updates, limit misuse, maintain place information, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of the service. SeeGo does not use your information for third-party advertising and does not sell personal information.
Services we rely on
SeeGo uses service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, and server functions; Google Maps Platform and Google Places for maps and place information; Apple services for distribution on iOS; and hosting providers for this website. These providers may process device, network, diagnostic, account, location, or usage data under their own privacy terms and may process information in countries where they operate.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver and protect SeeGo. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Community crowd status is shown in aggregated form and is not displayed publicly with your email address or display name.
Storage and deletion
We retain account and activity information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SeeGo, maintain security and integrity, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type. You may delete your account in the app or follow the steps on our account-deletion page. We may need to verify your identity for an email request, and limited information may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.

You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings, although nearby results, distances, and live-status submission may then be limited. You can remove saved places, edit your display name, sign out, or contact us about your information. Uninstalling SeeGo removes locally stored preferences but does not automatically delete server-side account or activity records.
Protecting information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SeeGo, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel.
