Delete it directly
Open SeeGo, choose Profile, and select Delete account. Review the warning and confirm. SeeGo will remove your account and associated personal data, then sign you out.
Request deletion
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your SeeGo account. Use the subject “SeeGo account deletion” and include only the information needed to identify your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

We delete the Firebase authentication account, SeeGo profile, email address and display name, saved-place associations, account activity counters, rate-limit records, and live-status records linked to the account. Aggregated crowd levels and non-personal place statistics may remain without an account identifier.
Processing and retention
In-app deletion starts immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained longer only when required by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, or stored temporarily in encrypted backups that expire through the normal backup cycle.
